In no way do I mean ALL adults troll kids there, but from the complaints I received, many of them do. Those that were offended by this video showed their true colors on IGN later that week, saying the trolling is justified without giving a valid reason. The truth is that Square-Eix's responses to remaking FF7 have always been a very polite way of saying "No." They've never wanted to remake it and for good reason, remakes don't sell and even if the part of the fandom that says that they want it don't actually remember what FF7 really was like which is proven every time somebody like me walks into the argument.

with the most recent patch theres a bad glitch in saints row the third that wont allow you to beat the game..in the kenzie kensongton mission what happens is during the middle of the boss fight the boss disappears, nothing happens, its really annoying

Iam not sure if Square Enix is afraid or just too LAZY to make a FFVII remake. Damn look at all the petitions, people wanting a remake of that game. The thing I don't understand is how people are willing to pay for downloadable content. Most of the additional packages people are putting money into would have been considered unlockable extras back in the PS2 Era.and all that would have been required for those unlockables is beating the game within a harder difficulty setting. I mean come on the dlc adds an extra 16 bucks (24 for some games) onto it's original sticker price value. We are being ripped off voluntarily.
Honestly I wouldn't mind a Final Fantasy 7 remake but I am seek of seeing that game. It has to many releases already what about the other PS classic Final Fantasy games or better yet a reamake for Xenogears.

A few points: The reporting Capcom to the BBB won't accomplish anything. It's been shown that they provide good ratings to companies that pay them a membership fee. Also, Youtube stops tracking video views in realtime after it hits about 300. Its not uncommon to see likes/dislikes exceed views temporarily for a new video that becomes popular quickly or from a channel with lots of subscribers.
Saying reporting Capcom won't accomplish anything is wrong, you cant have a defeatist attitude. Even if they don't do anything, the report has been filed against them that stays on their record. That's how adults take care of business, not just say "it's not worth it".
@EventStatus I'm not saying that nothing should be done, im saying that the BBB is a corrupt organization that awards positive scores for money, even without investigation of any claims. ABC News (among other news organizations) even did a report on them, finding them giving out positive scores for fake companies and terrorist groups(google:bbb hamas) when they became paying members, and real ones with otherwise solid reps having a bad score from one old complaint until they pay up.

I looked into that ea code expired article you posted. Ea confirmed that they have no intentions of codes expiring. If ea servers support said game, the codes will always be valid. They did mention they're still working with customers for replacement codes for needforspeed, wich is where this started
Also, its never right for a company to lie to consumers. Great way to loose them if you ask me. Worried about the Skyrim patch, got it for my son and my dad for Christmas, not sure if either one can download the patch. On DmC, it's a non issue, the game is going to sell garbage. Whats REALLY interesting is Platinum Games doing Metal Gear Rising. THAT looks hot and when it does well, Platinum will be on Capcoms radar to possibly do DMC5, here's hoping.

Event, with all due respect, the UMvC3 patch is not balancing the game. They're getting rid of anytime throw tech, which was a glitch anyway, and they're getting rid of infinites, which are broken and shouldn't be in the game to begin with. It said nothing about balancing. If so, they would also say they're releasing a patch to balance out Wesker, easily one of the best characters in Ultimate, and balance everyone else. But they didn't. We're not "fucking idiots" Event, it's a valid argument.
Getting rid of infinites DOES balance the game from a competitive fairness standpoint. Nobody said they should be in there in the first place. I agree, they shouldn't be. But that is part of balancing process, so that people don't get screwed in their experience. I call them fuckin idiots, because the way they acted over opinions on improving the tourney scene. We don't know what all the patch will consist of yet at the end of the year.
@EventStatus Yea, he itdea a fan sent to you about making a tourney with style points based on combos, what characters you used, etc. would be a refreshing alternative. Tired of seeing Weskers, Dantes Vergils everywhere, and it'd be fun to see what people come up with. And who knows, maybe it'll get a 2012 patch or something like AE. @GIR177 Even though Wesker is a damn good character. He doesn't need to be balanced out. Hell they already knocked his health down from Vanilla Marvel. MvC2 had the same issues and yet everyone let the game run its course and look at how much hype that game got over the years.

The thing I don't understand is how people are willing to pay for downloadable content. Most of the additional packages people are putting money into would have been considered unlockable extras back in the PS2 Era.and all that would have been required for those unlockables is beating the game within a harder difficulty setting. I mean come on the dlc adds an extra 16 bucks (24 for some games) onto it's original sticker price value. We are being ripped off voluntarily.

A few points: The reporting Capcom to the BBB won't accomplish anything. It's been shown that they provide good ratings to companies that pay them a membership fee. Also, Youtube stops tracking video views in realtime after it hits about 300. Its not uncommon to see likes/dislikes exceed views temporarily for a new video that becomes popular quickly or from a channel with lots of subscribers.

Saying reporting Capcom won't accomplish anything is wrong, you cant have a defeatist attitude. Even if they don't do anything, the report has been filed against them that stays on their record. That's how adults take care of business, not just say "it's not worth it".

@EventStatus I'm not saying that nothing should be done, im saying that the BBB is a corrupt organization that awards positive scores for money, even without investigation of any claims. ABC News (among other news organizations) even did a report on them, finding them giving out positive scores for fake companies and terrorist groups(google:bbb hamas) when they became paying members, and real ones with otherwise solid reps having a bad score from one old complaint until they pay up.

I looked into that ea code expired article you posted. Ea confirmed that they have no intentions of codes expiring. If ea servers support said game, the codes will always be valid. They did mention they're still working with customers for replacement codes for needforspeed, wich is where this started

Also, its never right for a company to lie to consumers. Great way to loose them if you ask me. Worried about the Skyrim patch, got it for my son and my dad for Christmas, not sure if either one can download the patch. You'd think they'd make certain the game was 100% ready before release, I mean, isn't that what testing is for?

Honestly Event, you don't need to waste time talking about negative people and trolls. Don't let them even affect your show, just talk about what you want to talk about. By responding and getting worked up, and even commenting on what they say, you are showing that they have an affect on you. On DmC, it's a non issue, the game is going to sell garbage. Whats REALLY interesting is Platinum Games doing Metal Gear Rising. THAT looks hot and when it does well, Platinum will be on Capcoms radar to possibly do DMC5, here's hoping.
On EA I'm ashamed to say that I have a copy of BF3 but i'm happy to announce I'll be putting the game in a blender and posting that on Youtube. I won't be supporting the Online Pass.

Like you said before Event, this DmC brings us nothing new, nothing for me to look forward to, the only thing new are the designs and almost noone seems to enjoy those. i stick to my early judgment, this game goes against everything i believe, i wont buy it. period.
but i'm game for the new HD collection ;) .

Event, with all due respect, the UMvC3 patch is not balancing the game. They're getting rid of anytime throw tech, which was a glitch anyway, and they're getting rid of infinites, which are broken and shouldn't be in the game to begin with. It said nothing about balancing. If so, they would also say they're releasing a patch to balance out Wesker, easily one of the best characters in Ultimate, and balance everyone else. But they didn't. We're not "fucking idiots" Event, it's a valid argument.

Getting rid of infinites DOES balance the game from a competitive fairness standpoint. Nobody said they should be in there in the first place. I agree, they shouldn't be. But that is part of balancing process, so that people don't get screwed in their experience. I call them fuckin idiots, because the way they acted over opinions on improving the tourney scene. We don't know what all the patch will consist of yet at the end of the year.

Tired of seeing Weskers, Dantes Vergils everywhere, and it'd be fun to see what people come up with. And who knows, maybe it'll get a 2012 patch or something like AE.
