Wow....you did have a good point on #4, "My mistress never shuts up". Katherine, as far as I know, never made a huge deal out of her husband's affairs, while Anne...well, freaked out. (Bear with me: I have only seen parts of Season 1 and the whole Season 2..)

That is at least the way she's characterized on this show. (Don't know how it was IRL). Katherine is quiet and tolerant of his affairs, generally confident in her belief that he still loves her best. Anne seems shocked at the idea that he would look at another woman. (Even though he had her own sister as a mistress and in fact dumped his first wife to take her..)
