I hate it when you have to unbuckle your belt, and unzip your pants just to be comfortable..time to give up Taco bell and Burgerking. There's too much temptation..after work there right on the way home when your super hungry and too tired to cook...not to mention cheap.
I started taking Levodyn because i was keen to bring my blood pressure down without resorting to prescription medicine. i have been taking it for less than 4 weeks but have already noticed a change. Before taking Levodyn my blood pressure was 152/86, it is now 128/76. i am really impressed.
Blood Pressure is measured ad nauseum and now even at home (which is more meaningful)
Blood pressure is through excessive sympathetic Fight or flight drive.
Blood Pressure is a symptom: not a disease.
If you successfully reduce your stress levels you permanently reduce Blood pressure: no doctors, no nurses, no drugs, no costs, no side effects and ++ patient empowerment.
That doctor is an asshole and the working man seems to be an idiot. Do they have this video in the white collar version that doesn't insult my intelligence?
I have to agree with you. watching that doctor shout and then ramble on and not be specific is enough to raise anyone's blood pressure. My doctor rambled so much he ended up giving me the wrong prescription. Doctors over reaction always causes my blood pressure to shoot up when I have it checked.
Great video! Taking control of our health is a must! Hypertension is one of the leading causes of kidney failure (behind diabetes). Sheila Shaw lost her kidney function, did peritoneal dialysis, had a kidney transplant and lives with several chronic illnesses. She inspires thousands to live their lives to their fullest despite living with a chronic illness. Education is the key! Great video! Good job!
I love this video, ha ha, but good education!!!

You don't even have to cook.
Pick up some fruits and vegetables, eat more of those and less chips and dips.

Arteries carry blood from your heart, veins carry blood back to your heart. Sorry I just couldn't let that go.
