This would never be allowed on the street in the USA. If the cops rolled up on someone making popcorn like this they would draw there guns and tasers and it would be on the news.

Thanks for sharing this. It was interesting and awesome how it was all popped at once.But I couldn't help but notice the street vendor and the lady behind him, pick up some that had dropped on the ground and bag it for selling. Um...looking past that...
