  • The fabulous DISCO MUSIC era , started whit the first disco song " Rock the Boat " by The Hues Corporation in 1974 ! but for some special reason I `m very attached to this awesome song THAITI , THAITI by VOYAGE from 1979...regards from Chile !

  • The fabulous DISCO music era , started whit the first disco song " Rock the Boat " by The Hues Corporation in 1974 ! then a several groups , but THAITI , THAITI by VOYAGE by diferent reasons is very special for me , simply I love it ! regards from Chile !

  • this was a great time for music not that rap crap

  • AWESOME!!!!

  • i owned this 12' single growing up and liked this song. when my sister was in the army , a friend of hers gave her a cassette with recorded music from a station in new york..i was just a small kid back then. i never remembered who sang this song until just right now! i knew the label was yellow..kept bothering me. can't believe it took me years to remember!!

  • DISCO PONAD WSZYSKO!!!VERY-COOL;D

  • oooh like na wai's version but this is the original

  • I always loved this song I bought the LP record acetate back in 1978 in El Salvador, I went to visit my sister 3 years ago and she still keeping my records after all these years that was a real dance music that made dance even the most stiff, thank you for downloading this Disco Gem

  • @VanLat7 I AGREE WITH YOU

  • OK, OK! Mauruuru.

  • That's NOT SAMBA.. is ʻōteʻa, sometimes written as otea, a Polynesian dance with the Disco beat.

  • wat a hit

  • ME ENCATA., EAEAEAEAEAEAEAEA

  • This song appeared being played on a scene from the movie "The Fugitive" (1993, with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones).

  • @rodineisilveira

My brothers and I always called this song 'The Fugitive Party Song', simply because it stuck in our heads when we saw the movie and we didn't know the actual name of the song.

I actually thought to look at the credits for The Fugitive just now and here I am. lol

  • My best friend and I were military brats in Guam - she took hula/tahitian dance and I joined her later on. This was my favorite song/dance from that time. I found other versions of this but this is THE version we used. I love that the vocalists sound so raw! Now I need to find the disco version of South Sea Island Magic that we were learning a dance to. Was that on the same album?

  • Yaay...I finally found this song. Been thinking about it for weeks but all I remember was that Hawaiian disco song? Thanks for posting. Brings back good memories...I wanna dance now! Disco lives...OMG I remember those songs by Voyage, Souveniers, and Love & Kisses!
