Ear & Sinus Problems : Effective Treatment for a Sinus Infection

I agree antibiotics have never gotten rid of my sinus infections over the years.

I alway beat it with nasal irrigation, oil of oregano and a good diet.

I use a neti pot with a tiny bit of colloidal silver (1/8 teaspoon) and sea salt (1/4 teaspoon) and it clears it right up. When fighting bacteria it does make my sinus' hurt bad but I got the same effect from an anti-biotic. In fact, that how you know its fighting the bacteria. I also read that some anti-biotic's cause the bacteria to become inflamed and can make it worse not better.
