Glad to see a man doing a video. When I want to learn some beginners yoga, I'm not looking to see some scantly clad woman selling her body. It's sad to see people turning a beautiful art into a sexual thing.

Hello there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.
I seem to have trouble doing downward dog and keeping my heels on the floor. Am I supposed to be able to do that immediately? Or work my way into it??? I also get extremely shaky during the half boat pose.
I am actually doing better with the downward dog pose! My heels were approximately an inch and a half or so away from touching the ground. : ) I love this video! My favorite!
I shouldn't laugh while doing yoga because I fall over, but I can't help it while watching your videos. Definitely adding this to my morning routine! Thumbs up!

alright its hard to find yoga for dudes but its suposed to make u better at sex and its great for before u start weight lifting to get the maximum use of ur workout
@beanodonnell Yoga will make you better at EVERYTHING. Do a nice yoga flow after your weightlifting workouts to stretch and tone the muscles. Best to you!

I thought this was great. Nice little pick me up for when I'm at work. I just close my office door, and do this quick little workout. It really gives me a quick boost of energy for the day. Thanks!
My Mom and I have a hour work out each day starting tomorrow. We need one that is 10 minuiites exactly for our 1 H and 5 min workout. (i wanted to do more but she said no) We are trying to loose our weight from this summer. (All the baking) I need to loose for gymnastics too! I really hope this works!
