I tried this fresh out of the microwave and the chocolate was nice and gooey and the cookie was soft and moist yum :D

Dark brown, I don't think it really matters though. It's just a preference.

Sure more cooking videos might be fun! But you might want to get a tripod if your gonna do this a lot. And change the font color.

Lol, my poor cameraman will be disappointed. I need a better camera altogether ;P For now I'll have to tell him to stop zooming and shaking it around. Why change the font color though? I think it stands out good enough and isn't harsh like black?
