This is just Georgias way of turning existing lanes into toll lanes to generate more revenue, nothing more, nothing less, in most cases it doesn't cut down your trip time but by 5 or 10 minutes, if your lucky. I was under the impression that gdot already received its funding from the tax payers, either through local or federal funds. IMO anybody foolish enough to repay for a service they are already forced to pay for should be parted from their money but I will not be one of the foolish ones.
