We do not have any pre built kits for type 4 but we do offer building them on the cars for just the kit price! I like doing it that way even more as then I know it fits!!
Hey man i have a 1979 VW Bus and i was thinkin of doin some work to it. How much was the turbo or super and how hard was it to install? What did it raise the horsepower to? any input would be helpful
The turbo kit is $2295 complete. This combo made 176hp and 185tq at 5,000rpm's and 150tq at 3,000rpms!!! In the video we did not have the muffler on so it sounds real hot-rod'ish!!!!!!!

Do these kits come for TYPE4 motors? They seem to only be avaliable for the upright type1 motors :(
