Music notation is alive and well today being used by millions of musicians around the world to create, produce and perform all manner of music and not an 11th century artifact. Don’t be so judgmental about music you do not yet understand. If you don’t like it there is plenty of Justin Beiber and all the other lukewarm gush of ‘music" you can watch here on YouTube. Oh and, what have you written lately? – oh that’s right you can’t read/write “11thcentury” music notation. LOL!
