I never said anything about the endings in the early games. I liked that plot in those, they weren't too superficial like the later games and had some memorable scenes. Everything after RA2 was lame. Generals' plot was idiotic and underdeveloped, TW had numerous plot holes and continuity errors, RA3 was an overall sad attempt at humor (Blizzard humor>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>EA humor), Uprising was as bad as Generals, and TT was just the absolutes sequel plot since Superman IV.

Not really, even in the first Command and Conquer they were more of a fanatical militia - starting off with more like terrorist strikes. Check youtube for the NOD ending of the first - you get to pick one of 4 landmarks to blow up with hijacked GDI ion cannons to undermine GDI - according to Kane, to make "the world feel the stab of GDI betrayal".
Tiberian Sun had NOD more organised and militaristic but by that point NOD was also ruling big chunks of the world as a full government.

also in kane's wrath, Kane built you for then soul purpose to control the army of Marked of Kane thats the army that Cabal use to command. But you need to ressurect them from underground to follow Legion.
will in kane's wrath you are computer program that commands kane's army like Cabal, but you are called Legion you are better and more upgraded than Cabal. Cabal betrayed kane so he built you, Legion.

yeah i'm having exactly the same problem, i've tried everything, the gdi base can be done, but scrin won't allow it, do any off you know of a way it can be done on the 360? its the mission where you start of stealth, with barracks, engineers and sneaking by the scrin and gdi battle to steal there technology.
When you went out it should've showed a whole mass army of NOD troops and they all cheered for you. This ending was kind of a let down but atleast you got praised by Kane.
This was an interesting ending and twist to the Tiberium Story as a whole...it may suggest that the series will continue on a different planet with different technology....but I guess the main resource will still be tiberium. Go NOD Peace through Power!!! ;)

FINALLY I GOT IT! just had to figure out how to build turrets, even that i figured it by accident. cranes cannot build turrets so i made mcv, took one tiberium field and then i managed to get turrets, i took other field and putted lots of turrets, then i just overwhelmed them. btw, thx for the flame dude tip, it was rly helpful!
dont listen to him here is a good tip.. Make about 20 attack bikes their damage has been modied to deal with those backstabbing GDI but DO NOT use a frontal assault flank them from the left use flame tanks to flush them out then the attack bikes will do their job remember that GDI will send reinforcements once you breach the base 3 times one of them is a commando. Make sure its easy difficulty though lol. Good luck.

Yeah that one is a real ballbuster. Build plenty of defenses to the east of your base - GDI mainly attacks there. Build Vertigo Bombers to take out the AA near the Juggernauts, use Venoms to kill the Zone Troopers. Use the commando to down them and send in Saboteurs to capture 'em. (You can use the Stealth Support Power to stealth your newly acquired artillery). Defend your base, nuke GDI, especially the base to the northeast, after the explosion, bomb the CY with bombers. Help Scrin if need be.

Go Australia! This must be the only game that ever mentions Australia, I'm so buying this to see what australia looks like in this game whether they actually use like real landscape or more of the Outback like everybody does when anyone in America shows anything in Aus.
It certainly was a good game, but I always played in 1st person because I couldn't stand seeing his arse all the time. Also, I hate Nick Parker, he's such a stereotypical commando.
Still, it's a pity that they didn't do it Tiberian Sun style after Renegade.
Kane did NOT become Cabal, Cabal is an AI created by NOD. In Firestorm this NOD General or whatever says to Cabal "Cabal why are you doing this? You were created to serve NOD - and I am NOD!"
Firestorm End Of Nod Missions, A NOD video shows Kane's comatose yet living body hooked into a somehow intact CABAL systems core and being kept alive there in a stasis capsule. You can find that video on youtube two. Because of this video, most people are convinced that Kane and Cabal became 1.
I'm glad I watched the spoilers months before I got the game and beat the final NOD mission. I was less disappointed. If it were me, I would've shown millions of NOD troops, tanks, and Venoms moving into the tower, and a number of Temples parked right outside it as huge NOD banners unfurl themselves from the top. The kind of ending that makes you think, "Nod is gonna be unstoppable in the next game!"
Kane, first the Soviet Union with Stalin as your puppet, then the world, and now the Universe. You cant kill the Messiah. Peace Through Power brother!

how times change the first games ending was better u got to blow up one of 4 monuments with the ion cannon sigh i have always played cnc since i was a kid 10 years or more and the series still runs i have to say that this game held true to cnc but that was all its still using the mechanics from 10 years ago. the cutsceens were great and the battles spectacular but it hasnt moved on in terms of gameplay.
Well, Kane is some omnipotent character of sorts, so I guess only he could find a way to control something so infinitely massive as, say, the universe.
Actually, this ending is good but to understand it you need to watch the Scrin and GDI endings because for once in C&C history the fucking things tie in, I think in the Scrin ending I heard "They're on their way to <something>" now and that they need to learn more about Kane, and in the GDI ending they say that the tower in the med is the only one that survived >_>;
i dont kwno. maybe this time they failed and this is in a certain way the "end" of the series. few of the c&c players of the first hour will let fool themself with crappy endings like this. and the only remaining fans will be those that are attracted to real-time-strategy-games in general. c&c aint hardcore anymore...
definetly not the end of the series, they'll make an expansion pack at least, probably having something to do with the scrin. As for discontinuuing the series I don't think that'll happen either. C&C still has tons of fans, I've been playin it since I was a kid and I have no intention of stopping, regardless of what EA's done they're still great games (except for renegade ^^)
I don't think they are cool. The last time that I saw that circle, they were a bunch of some old guys who were nagging on Slavik because he activated Cabal. And then they were killed by Cabal. And Killian was killed by Kane. Pity.. -_-

It's a fun game. The FMVs are good, but the endings suck. Besides, trying to spoil the game by watching the endings on YouTube to judge how the game is... is just the wrong way to judge a game. The missions are fun, and I agree that the endings do more or less suck. Most of the other FMVs are great, though.

Scrin plot is completely abounded
Kane seems to fully stop being a villain
Kane leaves earth and seems to take Nod with him, and lets GDI have the planet rendering all the previous game completely pointless.

the cancelled C&C game should have storylines attached to it but alass they took the project and smashed it. now they so shortly come with this game .

It certainly was a good game, but I always played in 1st person because I couldn't stand seeing his arse all the time. Also, I hate Nick Parker, he's such a stereotypical commando.
Still, it's a pity that they didn't do it Tiberian Sun style after Renegade.

Kane did NOT become Cabal, Cabal is an AI created by NOD. In Firestorm this NOD General or whatever says to Cabal "Cabal why are you doing this? You were created to serve NOD - and I am NOD!"

Firestorm End Of Nod Missions, A NOD video shows Kane's comatose yet living body hooked into a somehow intact CABAL systems core and being kept alive there in a stasis capsule. You can find that video on youtube two. Because of this video, most people are convinced that Kane and Cabal became 1.

I'm glad I watched the spoilers months before I got the game and beat the final NOD mission. I was less disappointed. If it were me, I would've shown millions of NOD troops, tanks, and Venoms moving into the tower, and a number of Temples parked right outside it as huge NOD banners unfurl themselves from the top. The kind of ending that makes you think, "Nod is gonna be unstoppable in the next game!"

how times change the first games ending was better u got to blow up one of 4 monuments with the ion cannon sigh i have always played cnc since i was a kid 10 years or more and the series still runs i have to say that this game held true to cnc but that was all its still using the mechanics from 10 years ago. the cutsceens were great and the battles spectacular but it hasnt moved on in terms of gameplay.

Actually, this ending is good but to understand it you need to watch the Scrin and GDI endings because for once in C&C history the fucking things tie in, I think in the Scrin ending I heard "They're on their way to <something>" now and that they need to learn more about Kane, and in the GDI ending they say that the tower in the med is the only one that survived >_>;

i dont kwno. maybe this time they failed and this is in a certain way the "end" of the series. few of the c&c players of the first hour will let fool themself with crappy endings like this. and the only remaining fans will be those that are attracted to real-time-strategy-games in general. c&c aint hardcore anymore...

definetly not the end of the series, they'll make an expansion pack at least, probably having something to do with the scrin. As for discontinuuing the series I don't think that'll happen either. C&C still has tons of fans, I've been playin it since I was a kid and I have no intention of stopping, regardless of what EA's done they're still great games (except for renegade ^^)

I don't think they are cool. The last time that I saw that circle, they were a bunch of some old guys who were nagging on Slavik because he activated Cabal. And then they were killed by Cabal. And Killian was killed by Kane. Pity.. -_-

extremly sucking so-called "ending". abso-fucko-lutely nothing is said\reveiled. an expansion will 101% come, but it also wont have an "ending". i m just glad i didnt bought this title, what a waste of time - and i used to be a fan of this series. the tiberian dawn endings are better than this one.

It's a fun game. The FMVs are good, but the endings suck. Besides, trying to spoil the game by watching the endings on YouTube to judge how the game is... is just the wrong way to judge a game. The missions are fun, and I agree that the endings do more or less suck. Most of the other FMVs are great, though.
