hi there. must inform you, food shark is only open tuesday thru friday 11:30 - 3. maybe you can make it back thru tuesday or wednesday. the food is actually really really good. thanks for the interest. if you are in town sunday, please check out my show of video and sound installations at the marfa book company on highland ave. it will be up until nov. 20th of this year (2008).

Visited Marfa in 2003 and stayed a week in 2004 - don't remember seeing the Food Shark then. Reason to go back? Hell yes!

Visited Big Bend area in March and discovered the rare but delicious Food Shark. Drank some Blue sky and hummus--yum. Best Greek food in west Texas! When the shark arrived, people poured out of the woodwork.
