I train 2x /week. I perform the basic powerlifts light on Mon. and heavy on Fri.
I do sets of 5 in the three lifts and I perform one top set. I cycle the DL. Three weeks up and then back down some. On my light day I do leg presses, pull-ups, light squats and deadlifts, close grip bench, and hyper extensions.
Heavy day starts with squat, then DL, next good mornings, cable rows or db rows and bench press. Nothing fancy just work on the form and feel.
Tom im very curious as to what your training looks like? I know youve been a deadlift world champion forever, but do you squat or bench? If so what kind of things do u do do u train them as hard as the dead? And what kind of assistance moves do you like for the dead
