Dude, when I saw that exibit with a girlfriend I said that a tiger could jump out. She laughed at me. Zookeeper told me wall was 18 feet, I said no, more like 13. If they are going to keep some of these animals in captivity, they need to give them bigger spaces to roam in. I feel bad for these big cats that are captive because whenever I go to the zoo, they are either pacing back and forth like how can I get the fuck out of here or just sleeping from being so bored. And we can not assume the limitations of these animals, no one would never have thought that a siberian tiger would be able to leap so high and climb that fence!

I been to Guangzhou China Zoo during summer 2007 and im surprised there Zoo looks much bigger and cleaner then this. The zoo built an small enclosure and put the tigers in it and did not monitor it so that anyone can 'taunt' the tiger. If I were Tony(the other tiger), I would sue the zoo for the loss of my girlfriend and for the loss of my dignity!

"Siberian" tigers aren't even from Siberia. Siberia is roughly central Russia. These tigers are from the Russian Far East, not far from the Sea of Japan and the Amur River. That's why their more appropriate name is Amur Tiger. There were Tigers that lived in the Caspian Sea region, but now they are extinct. Those were actually closer to Siberia than these cats are.
