He's wrong about the president not having the power to withdraw our occupant forces. The Constitution explicitly names the president as the Commander in Chief, giving him complete control over already-standing forces. Congress solely reserves the expressed power to declare war in he first place, but the only control they have over an active engagement is to deny funding. The president could very well order the immediate withdrawal of every soldier and agent with shoes on foreign soil.

If it wasn't for him, Dave Chappelle couldn't have been as successful as he was. Mr. Pryor got a lot of whites thinking about their actions towards African Americans which wasn't even heard of prior to then. He addressed issues through comedy that enlightened and educated both blacks & whites. He was a genius.
