i will never go on a cruise ship if theres a storm or rain or any disasters, i would only go on a cruise ship if its sunny and short waves! and white clouds!

I went on a carnival cruise when I was about ten years old and we had hurricane I think the name was Lily. So we had to skip one of our ports and had back to Florida early. I remember I was in Kiddie Carnival whole the time. Now My family and I are going on the Royal Caribbean Liberty Of the Seas on May 2nd this year. Am just happy that I get out of class on wednesday April 28th.

I think when theres storms on a cruise is great wether because my cosins aways like to get out there DS and go sit why a port hole and play pitchure chat and talk and laugh at the storm and get happy. I dont know why they do that. They did that on my last cruise they were 8,11,10 and I am 15. Omg.

Dang! You are just like me. If there is a storm on my cruise I wouldnt care. I would sitting and bring my ds and sit with my friend and chill by the window looking out at sea and takeing pichures. I hope it does that on my cruise comeing soon HAHAHA

Never, ever take a Caribbean cruise from August through October....it's hurricane season, and that's why the prices are so low!!!

It's good to see the Captian make a calming announcement, like on an airplane when you hit turbulence. Not a lot of cruise lines do that. Props to Carnival.

Wow - I just got home from a cruise on the Fascination (cruise ended Feb. 1, 2008). Hard to believe the boat I was on had been thru a hurricane! I would have been scared. Our cruise was sunny, beautiful - no rain. I guess we didn't go during hurricane season. Wild, tho, to think of all those cruise ships go thru!

My husband wanted to go on a cruise from 9-1 thru' 9-8 and I said....F-NO!!!! This video is exactly why, THIS IS PRIME-TIME for hurricanes. Lord knows the last place I wanna be is on a freakin' cruise when a major hurricane is above me. I don't give a damn if they offer Lobster, shrimp and the best drinks. I'm vacationing ON LAND!!!

we were supposedly making a turn, but after the fact, rumours on the ship were that a "stabilizer" had stopped workin - this lasted over 4hours(a turn doesnt last that long) before we "straightend" out - the enxt morning was another drama and my camera broke in the heavy listing of the ship and tossing back and forth so no footage of that -

ah icic yea a turn wouldnt cause a four hour list lol but if a stabilizer was broken i would think they just just pull both of them in so that it would be even. I bet it was a little bit scary.

one girl at our dinner table was ready to jump ship - she was nuts...lol.
