  • 6 lazy fat people dislikes this

  • um... form what i remember/know Spartans didn't have tires...

  • What can i use to replace a tire flip?

  • @nivekm95 umm, flip sandbags maybe?

  • are these college or high school athletes?

  • most are pro athletes. minor league baseball and arena league football. credits at end of video.

  • looks like the mma training I was doing 9 years ago. funny how stuff comes into vogue.

  • its just the basics, they are timeless. fancy machines fade away.

  • that chick is gross

  • That chick will kick your ass, son.

  • Correction to my previous post. My time was 23:44 not 24:44. Just checked it yesterday when I did the workout for the day-95lb clean squats 30 reps for time(my time 4:00). Not used to doing these yet so I think the weight is light for my size.

  • Nice! These workouts make you feel like you did something! But it looks like you guys need some jump boxes. Nice group of athletes at your facility which makes for a good atmosphere. Are those are regulars?

  • yes sir!

  • I got a good one for your guys I just did yesterday. 15 16lb sledge hammer each side, 15 24inch box jumps 10 rounds for time. The guy that owns our facility did 36:26 and I did 24:44 which was really by accident. I had in my mind to beat 26 not 36. This was outside and we are in FL(brutal!). This really wiped me out. Still recovering today. Let me know if you guys do this. I am just wondering how my time would stand-up against other Crossfitters. Thanks.

  • i hate crossfit folks, you would crush them

  • Those pullups at 0:29 were silly. :S

  • its called kipping dummy, you try doing them for 50 reps

  • rofl, obviously you're retarded.

    1. I know!

    2. I call them silly. Why? Because it's not standard pullups.

    3. If you're going to be rude for that comment you should inactive them.

  • Yeah id feel like sleeping for a week or so after this :) But it definetly looks like one hell of a work out, not for amateurs.

  • i found ur workout u were talkin about lol. it's decent but thats like a warm up. still looks fun tho

  • quit your yappin poser

  • lol ur weak

  • was that a woman working out

  • I would love to have a workout place like this! Im only 15 and would probably be crying like a baby whilst doing it, but I want to be pushed!

  • where are the squats?????

  • ha ha, you are right dude! forgot to get them in in the edit.

  • this workout is very nice, i did a couple times and it is really hard.

  • yeah circuit training can be very hard.

  • im so sure. and we dont stop, you have no idea what kind of shit we do.

  • ya sure pal, we train football players at our facility, we also work with UVA players, so, ya, you have no idea yourself

  • LOL. i watch this workout and i laugh. how long does this take you? my football conditioning takes 3 hours and its just me and coach. this is baby shit.

  • ya.lol. these guys are all pro athletes, (see end credits) and it whipped there ass. your football training is not non stop. you have breaks here and there. don't even try it around here buddy.

  • This is a grade A Workout here.

I know I could never do it.

Just trying to imply that you could do this easily would make anyone look stupid. I mean, these guys are pros, they bust their ass for a living, and they're still having a LOT of trouble.

  • If you are working out for 3 hours non stop, you are not working hard. You're a moron.

  • i'm only counting 270 reps )= i'm sure that it's my math but can you help me out a bit??

  • the number 300 is only based on the movie 300, and the style of training GYM JONES put the actors through to get in such superior shape. thank you.

  • Is it necessary to vary the exercises after doing this workout for several weeks/months? I've read that muscles become used to oft-repeated exercises after time. Then again, it seems that this workout includes enough variables -- speed, rest time, etc. -- to remain fresh each time.

Granted, I'm only a layman, but I'm curious to know.

  • vary the order and reps of the exercises

  • I'm a basketball player. Do you think this exercises suitable for a basketball player? Because I'm trying to enhance my core and leg muscles without being too bulk because it will decrease my movement and flexibility. And the guys I seen in 300 have leaner but muscular body, and that's what that's the result I've been looking for.

  • great workout for basketball or any sport

  • if i knew what half those exercises are im sure i could do it in 20

  • lol nice pullups...

  • farmer's walk with dumbbells is a cheap way to get a strong man workout w/o equipment or big spaces. Also a rarely used catch-all exercise is the Pearl deadlift or double barbell parallel deadlift. You can deadlift

2 135-lb. barbells and walk around with them, also.

  • how many times a week should I do this in order to become spartan?

  • once or twice, if you can complete it at all, you are a SPARTAN!

  • quick question, do u know of anything to use around the house 2 substitute the tire and sled. Also im a 15 ftball player, and is this the only workout u or they do. Should i still b benching etc.

  • hmmm, good question, but yes, keep benching, just add this in once a week.

  • that's one tight workout. I need to incorporate some of that crosstraining into my w/0

  • 25 pullups

    50 dealifts 135 lbs

    50 pushups

    50 24 inch box jumps

    50 floor swipes

25 single arm clean and press (each arm)

    25 pullups

Thats the official benchmark workout. I finished it in a little under 20 mins. Its tough

  • lol good stuff

  • Holy fuck thats tough...did it w/o the sled push and ture flip cause obviously I dont have that stuff, I just sprinted 30 yards and well...Football practice is nothing compared to this, and I didn't even do it all lol True Spartans

  • vascular shunt!!!!cant breath by any chance??lol!good stuff

  • mixture of all like in parisi or like all the free-fighters..

    but nice n hard!! respect

  • May i ask how much the tires weigh?

  • 80 TO 90 LBS. THANKS FOR WATCHING.

  • Mike, What's the rep count for each exercise? Hard to read the rolling red text. Thanks!

  • its all listed to the right of video, just hit view more.

  • Now that was cool ! Nice song too ^^ Motorhead ?

  • thanks! the songs are metallica. fuel, and hero of the day.

  • I bet this is kickass!

The first block of red text (around 30 sec.) is VERY hard to read.
