I was mainly referring to wealth when saying Fairfield county is the nicest. I have been to Essex and Old Saybrook, which are both beautiful towns. But in terms of money and real-estate value, towns of Fairfield County have the most concentrated wealth. Look at towns like New Canaan, Greenwich, and Wilton. These towns all have average home prices over $1 million. Greenwich is the most expensive town in the country, followed by New Canaan and Wilton.
Theres a good amount of people in this state, and its one of the most dense states... and with alot of people in compact cities (density) come crimes :-/
