That is Progressive Rail Services. Some are being fixed up for use by various railroad companies and others are just there for parts and scrapping. Although I'm not sure what railroad it actually belonged to, the green and white CF7 is not a BN unit. The blue B30-7 sitting way in the back at 2:56 near the ex-CN switchers is a former BC Rail unit. It has 2-pairs of ditch lights. The gray C30-7 at 2:56 is an ex-UP. The orange and white units are ex-Illinois Central.
@RailWolf7306 The CF7 was Econorail. The other blue GE is a former Savage (X-CR) C39-8. Last time I was there the Conrail switcher had its hood off and was next to be rebuilt
Dang.... I'd like to see the OC&T get ahold of one of those Old Conrails.... It'd be nice to see the ole blue in the area again. Right now the WNY&PA has some add colors.....
