MBLAQ was never banned from dating Rain just said that its not the best idea when they just debuted before... MBLAQ once said that if they did date Rain told them he'll help the boys hide it real good or something. I understand where the mistake can be made... MBLAQ is not in JtuneENt/JYP.. they are in JtuneCamp(music), who is still independent nothing to do with JtuneENt(actors/actresses) who merged with JYP. hope my explanation wasn't that confusing :P
