@Zolega89 Auto select, because there's no reason to choose any one team. RED and BLU are only different on Attack Vs Defend and Payload maps, all others are symmetrical. on the Attack/Defend and payload maps you have to take turns as each team anyway, so there's no point.

Note on uber-defeating tactic.

If there are 2 engies protecting a single sentry, one engie can use wrangler, wich reduces damage taken, while the other one repairs the sentry.

The engineer is, in my opinion, the most crucial member of the team. You can have a bad heavy, a bad demoman, or even a bad medic and still win. But if you want to succeed, if you don't have a good engineer who knows where to put his sentries and teleporters, your mission is as good as failed.

To be honest, I think the Engineer and Medic are tied in terms of importance. The Engineer is essential for a good defense with his turrets, and his teleporters help maintain the offensive line. The Medic can help keep the line for both defense and offense, and is quite literally a tide-turner if used right, especially when he ubers.

Seriously, think more about countering a sniper vs engineer. When I play as a sniper, you got no idea how many destructions I get. Really, a lot. So awesome to destroy a lvl 3 sentry that is just rebuilding after begin moved in 1 shot :D

one more hint. most attack and defense games and maps give you enough time and space to build a lvl 3 sentry and a lvl 1.5 dispencer in 1 min. build them near ur base using the refill shelf and later on pick up and move your sentry forward. THERE you just made urself an almost impossible base to conquer. and ALWAYS ALLWAYS ALWAYS if u get attacked move back w/ ur dispencer. pick a new spot and rebuild ur sentry with the 400 metal u have from u and ur dispencer's "backpack" dispencers lvl3 give60

I just had an idea for a TF2 mod! Every member of each team is an engineer. Weapons are limited to wrenches and automated machinery, and there are fast respawns, meaning that there is constant battlefield action.
