i definitely prefer this version over kats. They are both wonderful singers however, i really enjoy lydia's use of the control she has over her voice. She has such a smooth and soulful tone, whereas kat (even though she is very soulful as well) sometimes pushes very hard for notes and her voice is a bit to overpowering for this song. I think they're both great singers but for this particular song lydia took the cake without a doubt. cheers :)
