  • Vanilla tobacco? O;

  • What brand of lighter are you using?

  • @Exillee That is a colibri

  • Hey your vids are great loads of people like them your not just cool your a legend

  • @thehunterz119 Only in my own demented mind. LOL

  • @thehunterz119 Thanks though. :)

  • yes, a little LED flashlight is part of my pipe cleaning gear. I too am a bit obsessive about cleaning out all tobacco, never leaving even a tiny bit.

  • U r a cool dude!

  • @1533ramsay I wish!

  • Kel - Great video as always. It helps to know that you can never be too careful when it comes to cleaning out the leftover tobacco which may be stuck to the inner wall of the pipe (something I find myself neglecting to do because I assumed it was needed for cake formation). - Jeff

  • Very informative video Kel, smoking your pipe as cool as possible helps with so many things.

  • @PipeLeisure I totally agree.

  • Thank you so much thats helped out a lot. Wish me luck on my new pipe tomorrow

  • I have yet to see a pipe burn through and I smoke cobs and while at work I smoke the same 3 cobs 10-14 times day rotating between them.once you get a bit of cake built up even in a cob youll not see burn through...

    Cheers

    Bob

  • @taerinx Sir,I must take umbridge to your comments about cobs.I am an OTR trucker and when on the road smoke the same 3 cob pipes.I smoke 10-14 bowls a day 6 days a week.Thats 20-28 times a week for each pipe.I assure you as long as you treat your pipe with the same respect you do your briars (ie clean it regualr and let it cool down between smokes) it will last for years.

    Cheers

    Bob

  • I'd be great if you could cover some more ways to keep a pipe from getting too hot. Usually in the fall/winter time I never have trouble with it but when it's summer it can get really hot and humid outside and it can be difficult to keep it lit and keep it from getting too hot.

  • @UnboundObjectivity That'll all be in section two of "how to smoke a pipe".

  • @SmokeRingsPipeDreams

Awesome, looking forward to it :).

  • @taerinx Well said!

  • Hey Kel. What is your opinion on the "oom paul" shape pipes. I recently got a lorenzo Spitfire "oom paul" shape.

  • @TallCommander I think the're the BOMB! A couple years ago I tried to buy a Castello Omm Paul, but missed it. Still want one. (maybe in a Ser Jacopo)

  • I'm scared to dead to burn out a pipe, never been even close to it, but I'm all paranoid everything I feel it's getting too hot. Cheers, Harvey

  • @hjrosasq At least I am not the only one.

  • @Stormwulf133 I've always been afraid of it as well.

  • second

  • First. Nice pipe. That zoom feature is scary.
