Now you can interpret it differant. it's a very complex laungage just like our cajun french one word can have several differant meanings depending on how use that word inconjuction with other words. I studied Latin at the Language Dpt. of the University College of Parma, in Italy.
This is an immaginary language inspired by latin.
There are only few words that really exist in Latin (i.e. imperavi, interimo) and they doesn't mean what is indicated in the video.
