  • COBRA RHOADES!

  • now i see why you have so much endurance

  • Your not EVEN doing a curle your just swinging your body back and forth lol

  • Why are people so hung up on Voevoda? He hasn't been great in a few years? I'll agree some of the russians could possibly beat him but not Voevoda. Devon destroyed my favorite arm wrestler (Lupkes) and Denis had a hell of a time beating Lupkes. I"m not a huge fan of Devon but he's the best. Period.

  • @LordDeathspit no he's not.Voevoda all the way , baby.

Nobody can beat him. Devon wouldn't stand a chance.PERIOD

  • I think Jan Germanus is better:)

  • Devon Larrat would toy with VOEVODA !!!!!

Everyone who thinks different is stupid....just that.

  • @SpartaSerbia really ??? You're stupid.

Voevoda would wipe the floor with Larrat .

  • Thanks For the nice video. I will play it and do the same as he does everday :D

  • Ijust love these Voevoda nut swingers comments

  • Voevoda can take him easily.

  • what size dumbbells 50 or 80s??

  • insane endurance

  • What is that green t shirt you are wearing at the beginning? I want one. Where do I get it?

  • @Aba657 You can't get those shirts, they are for team members only. The High Hookers do sell black shirts though.

  • where was john brzenk in this video?

  • Devon may be the greastest armwrestler on the planet, but John Brzenk is the grestest armwrestler in the world and Travis bagent is the greatest armwrestler ever left handed.. #justsaying

  • that is not a curl, that is rocking back and forth lol

  • He does that on purpose, locking his arm in a an arm wrestling position.

  • @Dandybear02 ooo got it

  • @thecowbell dumbass

  • That's only a fraction of what he does. why would you disclose the way you really train? why give away your opponents your strategies?

  • Voevoda will crush Devon gauranteed this workout is good for the super sets bt nothing compares to the training Voevoda does i did this workout with 110 lb curls and im only 17

  • he is rubbing his junk agains the thing , not doing curls :| those are NOT curls !

  • @m3drob Then you try it kid. Don't post ignorant comments before finding out what's really going on.

  • lol

  • denis rules

  • If he ever wants to defeat Voevoda, he's going to need to get muscles on his EYEBALLS......... HRRRRNGGGHHHH- *ding, ding*.

  • WELL THE GREATEST AS FAR AS I KNOW IS RETIRED.DOING BOBSLEIGH.

  • @masterpatric07

yeah voevoda is the greatest and the strongest arm wrestler ever!

  • man, those are impressive biceps

  • okey, really.. Voevoda would crush him, so insane hard lol x)

  • VOEVODA IS STRONGER THAN LARRAT.BUT LARRAT TODAY THAT VOEVODA IS RETIRED HE IS UNBEATABLE.

  • heard of dennis rogers? if not then look him up. He has the strongest grip in the planet

  • Comment removed

  • To people that say this is easy, post a fucking video of you doing this! Or else stop talking shit because this workout is intense as hell

  • One word,Cyplenkov. How can someone beat a man that has got arms and biceps like mountains, hands like shovels and the bone structure of a cow.

  • @kusokosla

Devon would beat him.. But here is a better question for you. IF Devon juiced it from 240 up to 280 lbs to even things out, how long would Voevoda hold onto Devon for? half a second? one second?

  • Who the fuck said that he is the best in the world???

  • @TheValmirZz , Per the Word of Arm Wrestling ranking since Sept of 2008, Devon is number one; still would like to see him face Denis, Jerry and Pushkar now though.

  • @gman22guns

    It's 2011 now, who's DA BEST!?

  • @CleverDjembe Devon is still #1 right handed

  • @gman22guns rankings don't mean shit.

  • @TheValmirZz obviously he is the best cause he beat the best and not just once, JOHN, 6-0 at arm wars. If u knew anything or followed anything. JOHN is all around the man yes and I do somewhat disagree with the title myself, but name 1 person right now how can beat JOHN 6-0.....

  • @jkdasnk56 Yes he beated John, BUt john i snot the best anymore i think Denis in right is the best now and you know very good that JOhn lost very fast to Alexey Voevoda!

  • @TheValmirZz he's not.

  • Those armwresting machines are too easy even at the hardest level. I used to train with those armwrestling machine where u have to put in 2 quarters when I was 12 . But that got easy so I start training with old tires. Ive always thought how much stronger those champion armwrestlers may be compare to bulky guys in my gym which I easily beat in armwrestling.

  • Voevoda the bestin right hand

Denis cyplenkov the best in left hand!

  • hey put audio on that

  • In The Book of Lists, 18th century English strongman Tom Topham, a tavern keeper, "snapped his fingers as a man danced on each of his outstretched arms." We may regard that as fable. In my gut I know it happened. If time is ever transcended, today's greats don't take 1st place. Yeah, I want to believe myths like Topham. "when he spoke, his voice scarcely seemed human." They bend bars in strongman. Topham restraightened bars while maintaining them behind the neck. Book "Strength Proved"

  • how the fuck can you say that larratt would win?

alexey voevoda won all of his matches and didn't even have to brake a sweat

  • I've done this workout. It freaking killed me. Very good though.

  • Alright, so what you're about to see is a little workout. A style or working out that I do alot in the gym, kind of crossfit ideas kinda butchered so they really suit armwrestling and ends up doing an armwrestling overload of... well armwrestling muscle overload done with really conventional gym equipment that anybody can do. It ends up being a real , real puker workout. Heart of Hugh Brodie, there you go.

  • This is what he says at the start of the video.

  • this is fucking improsible

  • after seeing this vid..fuck voevoda:))

  • He is not an idiot. At 1:24 he is doing a super set with the chin ups. The chin ups pre-exhausted his biceps and then he moves to a modified curl. He isn't extending because he is practicing a static hold and his rocking loads and unloads the tension on his arm, and allows for a weight heavier than he can curl. This is probably similar to the quickly applied and released forces he experiences during competition. This isn't what you'd see in a gym because it is highly specialized to his needs.

  • and what is the max weight that he can do this ex in one hand?

    and thanks for the answer

  • @syppry 160 lbs with palms facing self

  • I don't think that pushups are usefull for Armwrestling...it's only for a good stamina...

  • WTF at 1:24 ??!!???

  • this video sucks it has no sound

  • how many kg have in one hand?

  • @syppry

45 kg dumbell. It was the heaviest they had there.

  • Interesting. But there would be something to say for someone like Khali the 420 pound Indian wrestler if he trained for 6 months---an arm that long has a lot of leverage. BEWARE. If a slight cartilage injury in elbow occurs, the immune system could recognize it as "foreign" and attack the cartilage. That's what happened to me. I doubt I'm the only one to have that happen. So connective tissue is a make or break situation. Other interesting match would be Cholakov of Bulgaria. Bring 'em!!

  • @skirts365 Actually having a long arm is not an advantage, think of it as toprolling -> you try to go as high on the other guys hand as possible. The thing that matters is how strong the arm is, it doesnt matter how long it is. So of course its good to be a big guy, but it would be even better to be big and have big arm joints, allowing for bigger muscles and power. Someone normal with joints of a 3m (cyplenkov) is ideal. Most genetic strenght is still from cns potential, not visible genetics.

  • Larratt would smash Alexi 6-0

stop living in the past people. Larratt is here and he is king for a long long time.

  • Voevoda has beaten john in 2 secondes, devon need time and a tired John to win a round

  • voevoda beat a small brzenk...... please...... jhon call him to fight again and he run of it....... even bagent beat him right and left

  • John was at 95 kg category because he wanted that, to compete with smaller athletes on nemiroff

  • Voevoda will win, sure

  • If Voevoda came in his best previous competitive shape, I think he would be very evenly matched with Dave Randall at his top form. Devon would probably win, but it would not be easy.

  • yeah i doubt that voevoda hook will be more strong than randall press.... and devon hold that almost in the pad...... devon is amazing

  • @gman22guns yeah right!

  • Who is the dork in the background doing bench on a smith machine ?????????

  • hes a good armwrestler but hes gotta get defeated, actually hes my favourite armwrestler.

  • i'ill beat him anyways

  • one day i will beat devon larrat on the table

  • how old are you

  • First come and try to defeat me and then dream about Larratt.

  • NO i will beat him first

  • not if you're asian ! ups, sorry, it seems that you are...

  • Awesomme! Thanks!

  • how much weight is that??????

  • On the Northeast Board, Devon said the regular curls were 100 and the hammer curls were 90. He also said his max was 160 with palms facing self.

  • @gman22guns - pounds or kilograms?!?

  • @gman22guns 180 plus now.

  • It is impressive, but I doubt that Devon in reality uses this approach. Overall what is shown on the video is endurance training and must be efficient if the sportsman has already long time ago reached the upper limit of his strength development and focuses on endurance development. Once more respect for Devon! In the last play with John he proved he is a legend as well.

  • i disagree with that last sentence... I think you're using the word "legend" to loosely. i dont think you can become a legend instantly. As far as i know, devon has beat john in only one tournament. So did gary goodridge, alexia v., and ron bath i beleive. But I dont hear anyone calling them "legends" . I think becoming a legend takes a lifetime. Getting into the Guiness Book of world Records perhaps..... something John brzenk HAS done. But i have respect for ur opinion as well though.

  • Thats true Devon has beaten John once for me he would have to do it again But having said that Voevoda beat John only one round when John was at his weakest..Devon beat John in one tournament but it was a 6 round tournament and he lost 6 times so there is a difference but having said that you are right that Devon being given a title of a 'legend' is a bit much he needs to repeat his performance for several years to earn that title

  • Devon is from other planet :)

  • without sound... :/

  • This clip was recorded to a couple Disturbed songs including "Indestructible" but YouTube disabled it to not being authorized. It would be nice if YouTube could work out an agreement with the music companies where they would automatically post a link to where the recordings can be purchased if people like it.

  • i agree

  • get some audio!!!!

  • Awesome!
