Nice! To be honest, I didn't expect to see that cover from you, when it came up in the related videos I actually had to do a double take, but to say the least, it was very good. I couldn't help but notice that it looked like you were struggling with the drums. Either it's not what you're used to or what, but you were using your arms way more than the wrists and in faster play like that it makes a huge difference. Kinda watch Paul in the Priests of Sodom video, its a very good example. :)

@DeathDuoCovers haha yea, it's not my usual style of music to play. But I really playing some death metal every now and then. It's a good challenge and a lot of fun. I'm definitely scraping by with the drums, and my next CC cover is coming out soon and then drums are a lot harder. We'll see how I do on next week's video

I want to first say that this was awesome and I am in awe of your musical talents. The only thing that sounded off was the bass drum (of course drums are the only instrument on here that I play so they are also the only one I have any ear for). It wasn't an issue of play, but it sounded like the bass drum head was flat (dead, old, w/e you want to call it). Was that an issue of picking up the audio (really difficult for drums without a studio) or is it just a bad head?

@mergenbaatar the bass took the longest to get down. 0:55 to about 1:10 is especially difficult, a lot of string switching and switching notes in groups of 2 and 4 when you are going in groups of 3 with your right hand.

@robs70986987 im a particular teacher, my method is to of course teach them the basics of chords and maybe harmonics, then i start teaching them what they wanna learn, styles, players, all the techniques to the genre i guess, and of course proper positions. i teach the basics of music, you know, note reading all that, then we keep working with that on what ever instrument they want to learn, but i specialize in strings mostly. so, how long have you been playing?

How did you record this? It sounds amazing though there isn't a mic in sight!

@Uraken74 I only used one mic for each instrument here. You can see the stand in each shot but not the actually mic for the most part. It's on the amp for the bass and guitars, and the drums it's right by the bass drum. Recording drums with one mic is certainly not ideal but with a lot of EQ you can make it work.
