My best mate has been consuming DietOramy diet regime (uncovered through Google) around a few months now and she dropped the majority of her physique fat now - I'm trying to talk her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...
1.5g of protein per lb and 0.5g of fat per lb. start with 2g of carbs per lb and increase or decrease depending on how your body responds (weight gain or loss). if your bodyfat is high than i would use your lean body mass to calculate your macronutrient needs.
Hello! I am 20 years old and my height is 5 feet 8 inches and weight is 144 lbs. I have worked out for a year and now I am looking to increase some serious muscle mass.So I was advised to train only for 3 alternate days a week with high intensity. Now,my question is that what should be my protein intake on the days that I dont workout?
good advice man, im following your advise the last few weeks and im seeing results already. just munching on two scramble egg and saugage sandwiches, mmm and a pint of milk.
Hey, thanks. I suggest eating every 2-3 hours (before you are actually hungry) and eat smaller portions - not too small though! You should feel full after eating but dont stuff yourself like a pig.If you dont eat that often your body will go into starvation mode and as soon as you consume some food your body will actually store it as fat!You should have ballanced diet - need carbohydrates (rice, potatoe, pasta) protein (meat, beans, eggs) healthy fats (avocado, olives, fish) fruit and vegetables
Hey guys, the good fats you should focus on are OMEGA 3 and 6, which are also called poly-unsaturated and then mono-unsaturated fats. Omega 3 & 6 - fish, plants, plants oil (flax seed oil, sunflower oil), soybean, corn oil... Mono-unsaturated - avocado, olives, olive oil, nuts... So if you can't eat fish, try to replace it with other healthy fats...
WoW dude.. Kudo's to you .. you sound like a really smart guy with this stuff... i'm a serious hard gainer and i do focus alot on protein and muscle milk.. but see i also have a bit of a gut and i used to be fat so i'm having trouble.. guilty concious and knowledge as well i'm afraid to eat and eat and eat because i don't know what to eat and when to eat and how much to eat i don't want it going to my gut.
you"ll never lose that gut if you used to be fat. it will mainly be lose skin as it has been over stretched. only way is to eat smaller amounts and more often to keep the body fueled and stop any bloating. do plenty of crunches and leg raises. surgery is your last call bro. hope this helps.
