Great vid but hey mexican food was made by european people living in mexico. nachos are the only food know to be made by a mexican. native people eat mostly bugs,grubs,chocolate & corn. Pig,cow & flan not native to mexico. No wheat for flat bread so corn was used.

I can´t speak for the northern mexican states, I really don´t travel there. Or maybe you´re right, it´s a mexican american thing. But I´ve seen them in pictures, so I know what they look like.
