Do you chop and prep everything when you get it home from the store/market? Can you give advice for the best way to store different veggies to keep them crisp the longest? I have used a plastic bag with water in it for my kale but I noticed you had it in a jar with water- I like that idea...any other tips would be great!
How long do your cut up vegetables last in those containers?

Good idea to transfer items to jars. I toss my bags in a big bucket. lol
