Lol, this isn't freerunning and parkour. It's only freerunning, that's why it's a freerunning championship. They have no set goal, it's not A to B. The only goals they have are height and rotation, I'd say! :D

Yeah I agree. Don't get me wrong these guys are amazing, and they are way better than I am currently, and I'm sure they are all amazing freerunners. However, this competition was really about who could pull off the coolest/most tricks in the allotted time. Instead of having any flow at all, the competitors were forced to perform like this: Wallflip, pause, think, high bar skill, pause, think, tumbling pass. It was basically just a giant floor routine.

@ericds33 thats not how the competitions work at all. flow is one of the key categories we are judged on. jason paul wins BECAUSE of his flow. he throws almost zero flips at all.

I stand corrected. Admittedly, I should have seen all of the routines before I commented. However, still, most of the competitors usually had MUCH more flow usually, than they did during this competition. I mean, Jason Paul's routine also stood out because of his flow, because almost everyone else treated it like a floor routine. That's what led me to believe that flow wasn't a key judging factor, sorry.
