As an educator for 38 years, I agree with most of the information that has been disseminated. However, we as PE teachers should practice what we preach. IF we come off looking like out of shape teachers, obese, then students will have a difficult time relating to what's being preached to them. PE teachers must be role models too. We should also teach and perpetuate fitness without gimmick equipment. Fitness does not have to cost an arm and a leg! The new PE is unrealistic & nonsense.

As an educator, I find this research refreshing and valuable and look forward to implementing these practises into my classroom and home. It's not enough for teacher's to simply "buy into it," they must own it. Great job on the channel "facilitator!"
