@MultiLol1011 She said they wouldn't open in car 1538. This car is 16x9. They probably had to cutout the doors in 1538 due to a malfunction.

Due to safety constraints and the time schedule the operator may limit the number of passengers and always has the option to not allow bikes or wheelchairs.
