TAA is well a pretty nice sounding board for ideas. Here's a thought though TAA. As technology becomes cheaper the ability to get the harder to reach oil will become cheaper. Oil is expensive because not only do we use it as a fuel, it's used in manufacturing. Plastic is made from Petroleum (We're working on making Plastic from corn oil now) and also it's traded on the Stock Exchange as a commodity. So a lot of it's price comes from speculation on it's value, like any commodity.

I think this pissed me off the most. Marx was not executive. He was not a revolutionary. Marx was a philosopher and economist. He didn't actually carry out his ideas - Trotsky did, Lenin did to some degree, Castro did, etc. Marx wasn't a revolutionary, he was just a philosopher.
