at first I was thinking it was from edward to bella, just cuz, yeah, but then I was like, well, its esme's favorite, and it talks about giving him a home so I think it is very confusing, because at some points it talks about a couple kind of relationship, like carlisle and esme, but then it kinda has a mother and son relationship. So it is confusing, but I think the author should tell us the point of view and to whom it is directed at.

to me this song(im havent read the lyrics yet,so dont judge) sounds like it should be bellas lullaby,especially at the end b/c in midnight sun(yes,i read it...i couldnt help myself so i went to stephenies site and read the first 12 chapters)edward says that the song comes to a very low and sad ending b/c bellas future is dim is she becomes a vampire...

to me that river flows in you song fits esme better b/c her fave is an unnamed tribute to the love btwn carlisle and esme that edward has seen
