The only place to order it is online, and the cheapest place is amazon[dot]co[dot]uk -- NOT amazon[dot]com. at amazon[dot]co[dot]uk, we can get the cd's and dvds at the british price, which is about 5-15 or so dollars less than if you order online at like circuit city or something.
