Bullying is what leads to school tragedies. Something as simple as school uniforms can put an end to a lot of it. If you think about it, it's the poor kids that can't have the fancy clothes and shoes that get bullied. Sometimes they can only take so much and then they explode. Columbine being an example---along with many other smaller tragedies since. You can only blame the actual bullies and school officials for these tragedies. My opinion.
