When you have owned a few more cars, and have a bit more experience you will be able to be open minded about cars and not beleive just because you have one that they are the greatest. Im lucky enough to have passed a lot of cars through my hands, and can safely say all have there good and bad points, You have waffled and ranted alot, in fairness the guy has a B4, which is a 4dr family car and you come on a hard sell of a 2dr track car.. can you see any difference in the 2 types of cars??
I have had 2 TT Supras in the past yes... Ive come to the conclusion now that it is actually a waste of time talking to you, Your probably young and have a stiffy for your ITR, which is fair enough, i had one too for the the few ive had.
Your singing the song about Hondas N/a achievements, and then you go and use a Turbo F1 car as an example!! You said somewhere that you had a B4 leggy b4 your ITR,
ok,nsx isnt quik, sure,ur the only person ive ever heard sayin that,ur full of shit,u said hondas havnt done good with bigger engines,i explained how they developed the most powerful formula one car engines ever, now u say im waffling on,over 100hp per litre out of na and some of the best handling in the world,20 years on other car manufacturers are the one that havnt really gone that far,wat do you drive a supra? if so it makes sense how u ended up with that,i think ur just arguing wit urself
Have you ever drove an Nsx? they are not that quick from a to b, they are a great design of a track car etc etc, but they are not that quick in straight line, So thats where i get my conclusion that Honda dont get as much from there bigger engines than the smaller ones.
Im not waffling, you are the one thats waffling about hand built engines, subarus blowing up at 40k, maclaren F1, 1400hp F1 cars, racing and staying in my mirror etc etc. Grow up. Your Honda mad because you have one
2.2 engine was a disaster, ive seen conversions done int eg civics and Sir civics will either beat them or be the same, so i dont know how you can say they were a great engine..
you are jumping from one extreme to another now, from B4 Legacy to integra and now to some 1400 turbo charged formula one car you have, think you also mentioned Mcclaren F1.... Can you keep things more realistic and somewhere in the same region money wise of the cars you started to debate????
any good points ur just waffling on ther, and the 2.2 was a great engine, lots of torque available from it,and honda didnt fail with big engines like i said before NSX,and what about the 1400hp turbocharged formula 1 engines they used for qualifying back in the days of senna?? id be happy to put my mony where my mouth is and put my integra on a track wit any b4 or impreza,or supra, skyline,i may not pass u out on the straights but i garauntee you wont get me out of ur rear view mirror,
i only compared it to the b4 because thats what i had before i got the type r,i was all about big power and lost the run of myself,my next ar was gona be a skyline cause all i wanted was big big power, after test driving the type r i remembered what its like to pilot a great driving machine, this chap got on callin me a naker or boy racer or somethin so i just thought id let him know i can actually drive not just bullshit big hp figures, wats ur point anyway? ur not really macking
If you have a look around for a Type R specific Options Video, maybe it can be got on here, but they tested the pre 98 and post 98 integras and also the CTR, the used top jap saloon race driversm and the Civic could hold off Integra, once driven correct.
I know exactly what a B4 is like, thats why i cant figure out why you compared the ITR to it, complete opposites of scale. Strange the way Honda struggled with the bigger engines, the 2.2 Prelude engine was a complete flop,
the integras good handling isnt due just to a good turn in,u have to take into consideration the balancing and weight disrtribution and a whole lot of other factors, like i said before the added 40kg extra corner weight to the passenger side to compensate the drivers weight, thers a lot more to it than just good turn it,driving it fast its very hard to get to understeer and u get lift of oversteer when pushing it,but its so easy to control because of the good length and balance
definatly not,the ek9 hasnt got the balanced and weight distribution like the integra,it suffers from understeer even with all the work done at is an excellent little car but doesnt corner as good as the integra, aerodynamics are also better on the dc2,i will say one thing, one car magazine did a track tests for a day and tested 0-60 times and so on,the civic type r ek9 on one run got 0-60 in 5.7,it has a slightly lighter engine and may sin up faster thats why its quiker in 1st gear, but the

again,he forgot that na was the best way to drive, dont get me wrong one of my favourate is the quattro sport from the 80 with henry inand the rally gods with ther crzy big power machines ut it terms of the very best in engineering the na engine hands down honda!
I never said they havent developed much since the Type r, i said they had achieved the 100bhp per 1000cc engine size you could say back in 1989, and that 20 years on the were still on those figures, but it is a great achievment anyway.
Your mate that loved the evo 5 mustnt of driven many fast cars, as the Evo 5 in standard spec is a boring car to drive, ive seen Type Rs racing on tracks, and yes you would see them on tight tracks being better that likes of evos and scoobys,
Mainly due to there tight turn in and i guess specific track usage focus development, but a track that has some straights will be there killer, similar to how the Teg r can take on bigger, the EK9 Typer R is known to take on the Integra on tight tracks.
I dont buy into your whole if you like Turbo your not a real driver theory, and only like staright line.
Your comparison of a B4 leggy to an Integra Typer is like comparing a Sierra Cossie to a Lotus Ellise
@singlehkssupra no way the sierra cossie is in a different class to the b4,cum on!! wats wrong wit everyone here,i luv the b4,butch and means looks and u cant beat grunty boxer engines but cum on it a big ,badly balanced 4door saloon, its like a box on wheels, they didnt develop it for driving hard it was to compete subaru against bmw and merc just like they make lexus, theres no question about it its not a good car to drive hard i had so many dissapoint corners in it as much as i like it
When you say for the very best of engineering the N/a engine, hands down Honda.. did you Consider the BMW M range, for example E46 M3 producing 343bhp... do they not count??
@singlehkssupra of course i giv my respect i luv beemers also vw,my first cars were golfs and i still want an e30 m3,i drive a german car at the moment,i know somebody wit a very rare 91 nurburgring edition e30 m3,only a handful ever made, alcantar interior, the car is sex id kill sum1 to own it,but bmw found very hard to develop something to keep up wit honda until recent times, ther new models are awesome, also did u ever hear the story about honda driving an m5 into the back of a plane
so when u say dont compare dc2 with big turbo cars fine ill put my money on honda and ther evelopment as being the best anyday, hands down, there the bestmaybe u just like straight lines and figures but forn the true driver with some skill theres nothing like na,i know a guy recently who drove 911s all his life and couldnt match them against th evo 5,he drove his evo for 10 years and couldnt better it wit any turbo 911,but when the new na gt3 came out he said he found a perfect driving machine
everyday daily driver for 10 years, they met with arton senna senna helped with the development of the nsx and maclaren, and mclaren used honda engines in ther formula1 cars, fair enough the dc2 doesnt match big boost but honda are the world leaders in na and i believe na cars reached ther pinicale with the nsx and mclaren,i think the days are gone its too pricy to engineer, these days verything is about strapping big turbos to everything, where the finesse in the that, the masterful engineering?
to this day it can hold its own with lambos and m3s round the track,u say honda havnt done much since the type r s tre, because ther way ahead and they know theres no future in petrol the way the world is going unfrtntly, but ther already developing type r electric varient which im sure will be bencmarks for the future os racy cars, nsx not powerful enuf? go mclaren f1,after all its based on the nsx, gorden murray the designer of the f1 based it on the nsx,he fell in love with the car and it wa
You are right in saying everyone has there favourites, but just because they are your favourite doesnt mean they are the greatest thing ever, every thing has its weak points aswell, and comparing a 2dr light weight race orientated car to a 4dr family orientated car, well isnt much point is there.
You said there was never any warranty claims on VTEC ENGINES, if you go and research that a bit further you will find that its actually Honda never had a Warranty claim on the VTEC mechanism itself
Ive been lucky enough to own at some point nearly every form of Jap Sports car, Integra Type r certainly has a place in my heart, they are an all or nothing car, i found to sit behind a car at 60 and want to over take, they are like a Ford fiesta in the way you have to drop gears to find its power band, where a turbo car has the advantage almost instant power, ive went to other extremes also with turbo cars and huge power and loads of lag, and its horrible
Even do they werent done by hand after that, there still was great finishes put into the head casings. Im not sure whether they continued to torque the rod bolts and big end by hand with a micro metre, but i would say that this too was dropped when the demand grew.
What you said about Subarus and 40,000 mile failures is very foolish, ive had around 10 and never at failure at 40,000, and like all engines failures can usually be traced back to a direct cause, Low Octane was the biggest killer.
Yes they produced probably one of the best N/A engines in the world, as i said its a great achievement to get 100bhp per 1000cc N/A.. Honda are good at this, you could say they achieved it back in 1989 with the Crx 1.6 SIR and havent really pushed much further in last 20 yrs, but i prefer to look at it as an achievement over all.
You did state that all the engines were hand ported and polished, that is not true despite what you say, only the first year or so of production this was done.
in arguing everyone has there own favourate car and will stand up for that car,we could argue all day in circles about whos best,i believe honda,every1 to themselves
the formula was already made they didnt need to port and polish and grind by hand, and besides that before u start getting smart with me you dont know what they built by hand, were you in charge of production and deveopment in honda at the time, unless you were in the board meetings with the acntants and production team then youll never know how many they hand built, they may have only hand built the first few you just dont know,i choose to believe what they say,at the end of the day theres no point
look,i never said honda were the first to hae knock sensors but why is it tjhat subarus melt every 40000 miles or so and vtec have never recorded a stock engine failure, there a far safer engine and far better engineered engine and system, and as for the hand built thing well done u read on the internet a few facts,i know that they "said" they stop hand building and tweaking them not in early 96 but stopped in 1997,but doesnt matter theyd created the perfect na performance production engine
Also you have stated that ALL type R engines were Hand built, Hand ported and polished.. Yea??? Thats crap and off the mark completly, The first year or that of the Integra Type R production some things were done by hand, but when the demand grew for the car, that all ended, so unless its a 1995 early 1996 car it isnt hand built.
On another note, no one in there right mind would consider comparing any form of a Turbo car to an N/a car that has achieved the 100+bhp per 1000cc mark
You need to go back and re check some of the max power mags you have been reading.
Why are you making a point of the fact Honda have Knock control?? You arent that foolist to be under the illusion that Honda are the only cars to have this or were in any way shape or form the Pioneers in it???
Yeah I was there last summer for a weekend epic craic!! Though it's totally insane,, you have Porshe after porshe wizzin buy you at 140+ haha yeah the rebuild would be allot but I gave a friend who worked for Prodrive and now has uber insane contacts it was s little less than 3k!! Standard blocks are 2 from Subaru mind!!
i unerstand about the straight line thing, but the type r block is good for 260bhp,and remember its 197bhp standard, just look at the figures: impreza 0-60 5.5 secs, top speed 150mph dc2 0-60 6.2 top speed 145mph,with tuning u will get the 60 time down to under 4 and the top speed well ther known to rev up to 12000rpm plius so i geuss 160? i gota get back to work but do mew a favour test one out, remeber they were limited edition and if you put money into a clean one now it will be worth
and ported and polished by hand to remove even the slightest blemish and to get the perfect air flow and exhaust flow, and without spending a penny on mods i can take it stock on track and still outdo your b4 i garauntee, with all that money you put in its still only up to the spec of a scooby sti type r at best,a coilover kit doesnt sort any chassis problems, even struts all round wont do it its simply not designed for that therefor ur sort of just pissing in the wind mate
also front upper and in the boot across the back panel, honda also tested the corner weight and added 40kg on the passanger side to counter act the driver weight,it went through riguruos wind tunnel and wet track testing also.theres the factory lsd, race brakes, also its a smart engine as in it detects any pigning or knocking and adjust ignitio before its to late unlike these knock sensors u buy that leave it to late,a stainless steel race exhaust plus all engines were hand built
nice you were at the ring,im going this year on my way to the worthersee gti meet, thats fair enough u spent about 10k on the motor and id say its a beast but ur forgetting the problems u cant get rid of like chassis sway and flex and aerodynamics, one of the biggest problems engineers face with fast cornering cars is chassis flex,as the type r chassis were a monocoque seam welded type improving rigidity especially in corners, and from factory came with 3 lower strutbraces, rear, mid and front lower
but after getting a stroked STi short block put in with Mahle pistons, con rods and a nice balanced crank, race big ends etc, along with supporting breathing mods and a remap, im pushing a big power figure at HIIIIIIIGH boost, and reliably too as i dont drive it like a 17 year old!!
tien coilovers and whiteline ARB's and all that rubbish should see me nicely through the corners!!
i did nicely against some monsters at the Nurburgring in the summer!!
you make some valid points man! ill give you that! i know all about the Teg Type R's and there awesomeness!! my brother owned one for a little while until he got raped by a modded GlanzaV and had to get rid out of shame!! on a tight and bendy road at lowish speeds youd have me beat before we started, but on anything with a decant straight or two and flowyer corners youd have a silver flash going by!!
your right about the chocolate pistons, cranks too!! iv been through a block already,
and see how the imprezas bakes melt away and i think the turbo eventually blows, proving how the engineering was nowhere near as good as the honds, and the impreza is quiker than the b4,at the end of the day the b4 is a business mans car ,just a cruiser with a scooby engine,so watch that before u make your next smart comment, believe me i know my stuff and theres no argument here i could talk forever on this subject, and im not into the keyboard war shite, ill giv u my adress and u can cum out
of the corner and u cant wind them up as ur out of there rev range for boost,as with the integra the gear ratios are perfect for fast cornering, and then theres the throttle response, the car is built for racing, what car has torque at 8000rpm?? the subarus have chocolate pistons, why do u think they all knock? not built for it.believe me u need to see the light, the integras only pushing 200bhp but bhp is merely a number,u want evidence watch on you tube"type r legend 3/6" do me a favour watch that
that the type r is a proper race car for the road and theres no arguing because ive owned both, and driven both extremely hard and im a very good driver, ive driven them both on mountains roads to motorways and hands down the integra is king, ive smoked b4s in a straight line and kept up with imprezas on windy roads,in my b4 i actually lost a few staright line races against a typer, any one who knoes anything about driving will tell u how thers a horrible drop of boost in corners that drahs u out
look mate, ive previously owned 2 b4's and i was getting work done in a honda specialist tuning garage where i found it unbelievably hard to find parts such as coilovers, straight through exhausts and small tuning mods as theres a terrible market for that in ireland, but the legacy i found after research really offers little in the ways of tuning parts compared to hondas,i test drove my integra type r and fell in luv instantly, sold the legacy that week to buy it,do some research on it youll see
@goosie208 funny,ur the only one whos ever said it doesnt sound great,i know ur type,a little bitch who cant drive for shit only a little blurp in 3rd on a straight road with no one around. If you dont like the video dont watch it,and that backbox came on the car frpom japan i didnt put it on,and the whole exhaust is straight thru, adding 20+ bhp at least,so its not just a sound.Anybody whos into there car does small mods like this, its what real drivers do,race u in my integra anytime u bitch
hahaha id LOVE to! why not the B4? make things a little more sporting! id hate to embarrass you , whats powers this "integra" pushing? cant be more than my B4! not from an N/A Integra! i may be wrong but N/A tuning is costly and unless youv 'charged it i doubt you could afford to scrape any great gains!
id give you a list of mods and power stats of my car but i have decorum!!

again,he forgot that na was the best way to drive, dont get me wrong one of my favourate is the quattro sport from the 80 with henry inand the rally gods with ther crzy big power machines ut it terms of the very best in engineering the na engine hands down honda!
dankingb4 1 year ago
@dankingb4
I never said they havent developed much since the Type r, i said they had achieved the 100bhp per 1000cc engine size you could say back in 1989, and that 20 years on the were still on those figures, but it is a great achievment anyway.
Your mate that loved the evo 5 mustnt of driven many fast cars, as the Evo 5 in standard spec is a boring car to drive, ive seen Type Rs racing on tracks, and yes you would see them on tight tracks being better that likes of evos and scoobys,
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
Mainly due to there tight turn in and i guess specific track usage focus development, but a track that has some straights will be there killer, similar to how the Teg r can take on bigger, the EK9 Typer R is known to take on the Integra on tight tracks.
I dont buy into your whole if you like Turbo your not a real driver theory, and only like staright line.
Your comparison of a B4 leggy to an Integra Typer is like comparing a Sierra Cossie to a Lotus Ellise
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
@singlehkssupra no way the sierra cossie is in a different class to the b4,cum on!! wats wrong wit everyone here,i luv the b4,butch and means looks and u cant beat grunty boxer engines but cum on it a big ,badly balanced 4door saloon, its like a box on wheels, they didnt develop it for driving hard it was to compete subaru against bmw and merc just like they make lexus, theres no question about it its not a good car to drive hard i had so many dissapoint corners in it as much as i like it
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
@dankingb4
When you say for the very best of engineering the N/a engine, hands down Honda.. did you Consider the BMW M range, for example E46 M3 producing 343bhp... do they not count??
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
@singlehkssupra of course i giv my respect i luv beemers also vw,my first cars were golfs and i still want an e30 m3,i drive a german car at the moment,i know somebody wit a very rare 91 nurburgring edition e30 m3,only a handful ever made, alcantar interior, the car is sex id kill sum1 to own it,but bmw found very hard to develop something to keep up wit honda until recent times, ther new models are awesome, also did u ever hear the story about honda driving an m5 into the back of a plane
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
so when u say dont compare dc2 with big turbo cars fine ill put my money on honda and ther evelopment as being the best anyday, hands down, there the bestmaybe u just like straight lines and figures but forn the true driver with some skill theres nothing like na,i know a guy recently who drove 911s all his life and couldnt match them against th evo 5,he drove his evo for 10 years and couldnt better it wit any turbo 911,but when the new na gt3 came out he said he found a perfect driving machine
dankingb4 1 year ago
everyday daily driver for 10 years, they met with arton senna senna helped with the development of the nsx and maclaren, and mclaren used honda engines in ther formula1 cars, fair enough the dc2 doesnt match big boost but honda are the world leaders in na and i believe na cars reached ther pinicale with the nsx and mclaren,i think the days are gone its too pricy to engineer, these days verything is about strapping big turbos to everything, where the finesse in the that, the masterful engineering?
dankingb4 1 year ago
to this day it can hold its own with lambos and m3s round the track,u say honda havnt done much since the type r s tre, because ther way ahead and they know theres no future in petrol the way the world is going unfrtntly, but ther already developing type r electric varient which im sure will be bencmarks for the future os racy cars, nsx not powerful enuf? go mclaren f1,after all its based on the nsx, gorden murray the designer of the f1 based it on the nsx,he fell in love with the car and it wa

You are right in saying everyone has there favourites, but just because they are your favourite doesnt mean they are the greatest thing ever, every thing has its weak points aswell, and comparing a 2dr light weight race orientated car to a 4dr family orientated car, well isnt much point is there.
You said there was never any warranty claims on VTEC ENGINES, if you go and research that a bit further you will find that its actually Honda never had a Warranty claim on the VTEC mechanism itself
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
Ive been lucky enough to own at some point nearly every form of Jap Sports car, Integra Type r certainly has a place in my heart, they are an all or nothing car, i found to sit behind a car at 60 and want to over take, they are like a Ford fiesta in the way you have to drop gears to find its power band, where a turbo car has the advantage almost instant power, ive went to other extremes also with turbo cars and huge power and loads of lag, and its horrible
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
Even do they werent done by hand after that, there still was great finishes put into the head casings. Im not sure whether they continued to torque the rod bolts and big end by hand with a micro metre, but i would say that this too was dropped when the demand grew.
What you said about Subarus and 40,000 mile failures is very foolish, ive had around 10 and never at failure at 40,000, and like all engines failures can usually be traced back to a direct cause, Low Octane was the biggest killer.
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
Yes they produced probably one of the best N/A engines in the world, as i said its a great achievement to get 100bhp per 1000cc N/A.. Honda are good at this, you could say they achieved it back in 1989 with the Crx 1.6 SIR and havent really pushed much further in last 20 yrs, but i prefer to look at it as an achievement over all.
You did state that all the engines were hand ported and polished, that is not true despite what you say, only the first year or so of production this was done.
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
in arguing everyone has there own favourate car and will stand up for that car,we could argue all day in circles about whos best,i believe honda,every1 to themselves
dankingb4 1 year ago
the formula was already made they didnt need to port and polish and grind by hand, and besides that before u start getting smart with me you dont know what they built by hand, were you in charge of production and deveopment in honda at the time, unless you were in the board meetings with the acntants and production team then youll never know how many they hand built, they may have only hand built the first few you just dont know,i choose to believe what they say,at the end of the day theres no point
dankingb4 1 year ago
look,i never said honda were the first to hae knock sensors but why is it tjhat subarus melt every 40000 miles or so and vtec have never recorded a stock engine failure, there a far safer engine and far better engineered engine and system, and as for the hand built thing well done u read on the internet a few facts,i know that they "said" they stop hand building and tweaking them not in early 96 but stopped in 1997,but doesnt matter theyd created the perfect na performance production engine
dankingb4 1 year ago
@dankingb4 Um... Subaru's melt every 40,000 miles? What are you smoking? It must be really good!
SirWilliamLeys 1 year ago
Also you have stated that ALL type R engines were Hand built, Hand ported and polished.. Yea??? Thats crap and off the mark completly, The first year or that of the Integra Type R production some things were done by hand, but when the demand grew for the car, that all ended, so unless its a 1995 early 1996 car it isnt hand built.
On another note, no one in there right mind would consider comparing any form of a Turbo car to an N/a car that has achieved the 100+bhp per 1000cc mark
singlehkssupra 1 year ago
dnakingdc2
You need to go back and re check some of the max power mags you have been reading.
Why are you making a point of the fact Honda have Knock control?? You arent that foolist to be under the illusion that Honda are the only cars to have this or were in any way shape or form the Pioneers in it???

Yeah I was there last summer for a weekend epic craic!! Though it's totally insane,, you have Porshe after porshe wizzin buy you at 140+ haha yeah the rebuild would be allot but I gave a friend who worked for Prodrive and now has uber insane contacts it was s little less than 3k!! Standard blocks are 2 from Subaru mind!!
goosie208 1 year ago
a fortune in 20 years how many leggys can say that mate
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
i unerstand about the straight line thing, but the type r block is good for 260bhp,and remember its 197bhp standard, just look at the figures: impreza 0-60 5.5 secs, top speed 150mph dc2 0-60 6.2 top speed 145mph,with tuning u will get the 60 time down to under 4 and the top speed well ther known to rev up to 12000rpm plius so i geuss 160? i gota get back to work but do mew a favour test one out, remeber they were limited edition and if you put money into a clean one now it will be worth
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
just get a good drive in a dc2 trust me you wouldnt be the only one whos dumped the b4 for,i know a few people whov done it already
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
and ported and polished by hand to remove even the slightest blemish and to get the perfect air flow and exhaust flow, and without spending a penny on mods i can take it stock on track and still outdo your b4 i garauntee, with all that money you put in its still only up to the spec of a scooby sti type r at best,a coilover kit doesnt sort any chassis problems, even struts all round wont do it its simply not designed for that therefor ur sort of just pissing in the wind mate
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
also front upper and in the boot across the back panel, honda also tested the corner weight and added 40kg on the passanger side to counter act the driver weight,it went through riguruos wind tunnel and wet track testing also.theres the factory lsd, race brakes, also its a smart engine as in it detects any pigning or knocking and adjust ignitio before its to late unlike these knock sensors u buy that leave it to late,a stainless steel race exhaust plus all engines were hand built
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
nice you were at the ring,im going this year on my way to the worthersee gti meet, thats fair enough u spent about 10k on the motor and id say its a beast but ur forgetting the problems u cant get rid of like chassis sway and flex and aerodynamics, one of the biggest problems engineers face with fast cornering cars is chassis flex,as the type r chassis were a monocoque seam welded type improving rigidity especially in corners, and from factory came with 3 lower strutbraces, rear, mid and front lower
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
but after getting a stroked STi short block put in with Mahle pistons, con rods and a nice balanced crank, race big ends etc, along with supporting breathing mods and a remap, im pushing a big power figure at HIIIIIIIGH boost, and reliably too as i dont drive it like a 17 year old!!
tien coilovers and whiteline ARB's and all that rubbish should see me nicely through the corners!!
i did nicely against some monsters at the Nurburgring in the summer!!
goosie208 1 year ago
you make some valid points man! ill give you that! i know all about the Teg Type R's and there awesomeness!! my brother owned one for a little while until he got raped by a modded GlanzaV and had to get rid out of shame!! on a tight and bendy road at lowish speeds youd have me beat before we started, but on anything with a decant straight or two and flowyer corners youd have a silver flash going by!!
your right about the chocolate pistons, cranks too!! iv been through a block already,
goosie208 1 year ago
and see how the imprezas bakes melt away and i think the turbo eventually blows, proving how the engineering was nowhere near as good as the honds, and the impreza is quiker than the b4,at the end of the day the b4 is a business mans car ,just a cruiser with a scooby engine,so watch that before u make your next smart comment, believe me i know my stuff and theres no argument here i could talk forever on this subject, and im not into the keyboard war shite, ill giv u my adress and u can cum out
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
of the corner and u cant wind them up as ur out of there rev range for boost,as with the integra the gear ratios are perfect for fast cornering, and then theres the throttle response, the car is built for racing, what car has torque at 8000rpm?? the subarus have chocolate pistons, why do u think they all knock? not built for it.believe me u need to see the light, the integras only pushing 200bhp but bhp is merely a number,u want evidence watch on you tube"type r legend 3/6" do me a favour watch that
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
that the type r is a proper race car for the road and theres no arguing because ive owned both, and driven both extremely hard and im a very good driver, ive driven them both on mountains roads to motorways and hands down the integra is king, ive smoked b4s in a straight line and kept up with imprezas on windy roads,in my b4 i actually lost a few staright line races against a typer, any one who knoes anything about driving will tell u how thers a horrible drop of boost in corners that drahs u out
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
look mate, ive previously owned 2 b4's and i was getting work done in a honda specialist tuning garage where i found it unbelievably hard to find parts such as coilovers, straight through exhausts and small tuning mods as theres a terrible market for that in ireland, but the legacy i found after research really offers little in the ways of tuning parts compared to hondas,i test drove my integra type r and fell in luv instantly, sold the legacy that week to buy it,do some research on it youll see
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
he needs to take that shitty backbox off! its a disgrace to his B4!
if i had one like that on mine (yes i have one) id kill myself for letting the car down
you sir are a NAKER
goosie208 1 year ago
@goosie208 funny,ur the only one whos ever said it doesnt sound great,i know ur type,a little bitch who cant drive for shit only a little blurp in 3rd on a straight road with no one around. If you dont like the video dont watch it,and that backbox came on the car frpom japan i didnt put it on,and the whole exhaust is straight thru, adding 20+ bhp at least,so its not just a sound.Anybody whos into there car does small mods like this, its what real drivers do,race u in my integra anytime u bitch
dnakingdc2 1 year ago
@dnakingdc2
dont you just love keyboard worriers
hahaha id LOVE to! why not the B4? make things a little more sporting! id hate to embarrass you , whats powers this "integra" pushing? cant be more than my B4! not from an N/A Integra! i may be wrong but N/A tuning is costly and unless youv 'charged it i doubt you could afford to scrape any great gains!
id give you a list of mods and power stats of my car but i have decorum!!
