It's not entirely plug in baby, just the ending, and though the ending riff is often used AFTER plug in baby, it's not PART of it, so calling it a jam isn't that wrong. Who was the 'nob' again?

His point was, it's the end of Plug in Baby. Do you even know what a Jam Session is? It's an improvised riff, not a planned set ending riff that's played as a coda.
