THAT is so offensive. It's become very clear that the corporate media's special status is a threat to democracy in an age when citizen journalists are the only ones actually pursuing the truth of what's happening.
FOX sucks, but to be fair I was watching MSNBC a few days ago and someone behind the reporter was holding up a sign that read "FUCK YOU WALKER" and it had be hidden with blank signage. While I appreciate the sentiment, it was inappropriate for broadcast.
I guess they're trying to prevent a problem before it occurs, but if that were the case FOX News shouldn't be allowed to broadcast lies.
as an officer i find this regrettable you have every right to protest behind fox news and practice your first amendment File a complaint with their Internal Affairs and follow with a lawsuit. I understand he was probably directed by his superiors but this is wrong is so many ways.
The DNR is prohibited from being involved in a labor dispute between and employer (the State) and its employees. This means they are operating outside the scope of their employment and their actions are not truly under the color of law and they may be personally liable (instead of the state) unlike other law enforcement officers for lawsuits charging them with constitutional law violations.
Constitution says freedom to assembly. You have to move. You can't stand in one spot. That's why picket lines have to keep MOVING. Cameras or no Cameras. You can take 50% of the sidewalk, and keep moving. Civil disobedience is when you sit down and block traffic, AND THEY ASK YOU, WILL YOU MOVE, OR YOU WILL BE ARRESTED. (3X FOR ME. MY UNION.) DA DROPPED.

@1rustyb That's interesting. Why does a lawful 'assembly' have to keep moving?
