I believe that the election of President Obama is an outcry of brave and progressive nation, and "for the first time in my life, I am truly proud of my country." This comes from a 61 yr old WHITE woman, not a young black woman that you can all jump on and say she's never been proud of her country for some kind of "racial" reason. I have never in my life seen a president scrutinized this closely, this early on in his presidency. Would anyone like to guess why? Could it be? Oh my God, he's black!
