Is it not strange that those that care about others and the environment are so often called communists? I was there and I most certainly am not. I will be there again this year as well and will enjoy the company others that have the courage and the determination to stand up for what they believe in.

It's amazing how ill informed some people who were not there can be. There were 50,000 people from all walks of life and political persuasions, from many different organisations religious and secular which together have 10 million people in them. Is there anyone stupid enough to believe that organisations like Oxfam, RSPB, Christuan Aid, Tearfund, Co-op Bank, are all subversive communists - apparently there are!

They do have a certain communist flavour.

If you have heard of the "compacts" between public bodies and all these "Third Sector" charities you mention above, you know that they are heralding a post-democratic age.

A communist movement . The UN wants massive redistribution of wealth from rich countries to poor. Another "word for redistribution of wealth" is "theft".

A better way to help poor countries would be to stop interfering with them (IMF, World bank etc) but they would rather take middle-class westerners' money under the guise of saving the world from climate change.

I think all the blue flags / faces are programming people to unite under the colours of the EU and UN.
