Here's a quote from the Husaberg website: "Nevertheless Graham, together with his team, felt it was time for a major change in terms of bike, in order to take the next step of making the podium and especially the top spot more consistently and also becoming a real podium contender in the Indoor Enduro World Championship." The step they were referring to, was him switching from a 4-stroke to a 2-stroke, his results that followed proved they made the right decision. Go the 2-strokes!!!!

@rideroftheweek Because he doesn't have enough talent to ride them. Four-pokes can make anyone look a lot faster than they are. I own each, so I'm not a four stroke hater... they take way less talent most of the time.

@BrodekDHE Hmmmm, less weight and twice the horsepower for displacement. why would you want the 2 stroke to die. thank god for Husaberg (KTM) for developing technology for the 2 strokes. Did I mention less moving parts and cheaper running costs. The only reason/argument that there was to get rid of them was emissions and EPA's. KTM has reduced emissions on these engines considerably. Bike companies won by selling more expensive machines that have higher maintenance costs, al la 4 stroke!
