the greatest mediation is when you don't say anything at all, i think this way is great but all in all aren't you distracting your self to your words. because your not focusing on your breathing. Also your saying the words in correctly. Thank you for sharing to the world a way of meditating, but to give ppl a beginner crash test course teach em on the breathing aspect of things.

i have one question. when i do aum meditation, i do get relaxed. i thought i am maybe loosing energy because i expected to feel energized. i am christian and i dont do this for religious purposes, just to improve my health and self consciousness. is that normal to feel relaxed after aum meditation? i was told it should be opposite. thank you

Aum is from the Ancient Kemitian civilization. It means GOD. This sound. was part of the Kemitian religion. It's not Sanskrit. Many people traveled to Ancient Kemit before and after the invasions , gained information, returned home and taught others. Many fled the invasions and taught others These Ancients Africans were not allowed to keep much of their religious practices because of invasions. Now, Hieroglyphics, on temples are teaching us more about their history .

"aum"....root word of all creation...is a sanksrit word ..pronounced as 'aooum' the 3 words signifies god (generateror,operator,destroye­r)...this alone itself is powerful mantra... u all bros can feel urself..
