We learn that if you get hit, it's your own fault. You didn't dodge it, nor block it, so it's not the other persons fault. I really think it's wrong to make her sit down just because she kicked him and maybe don't have that good an aim.. She's a whitebelt, she's allowed to do mistakes, and I don't think she should be punished for doing something they taught her...

That's the exact reason why white belts should not be sparring, especially not in any gear. That's a retard move on the instructor as well as the organization he is with, and can quite possibly become a lawsuit.

Might I also note that typically, the instructor doesn't/shouldn't lean back on whatever he was with a lazy outlook. He should instead, get his lazy bum in there and help them BOTH out by actually demonstrating what to and to not do as well as what works best.

The style of martial arts that they are doing is supposed to be Tang Soo Do. He was open. I think it was the Korean language. The people in the back ground were green belts at the time. I think their school is sort of laid back and that maybe that is why seem too slacked or laid back. They do some sparring together every once and a while.
