  • i had one but blew it on purpose i have like 10 more kicker comps

  • how is this 2000w? they only 150rms

  • hi man ... do u know if a sub box without airports is better than a box with airports..

because i have one with no airports and one with airports .. which one is better..thanks man

  • turn those around dude.

  • are those P1412s?

  • whats better kickers or true basses?

  • I have the same system and it hits soooo hard in my 3000gt. I'm 17 so i hope i get some more subs to add to them. I gotta get creative with the space cuz I don't have much left

  • nice bro !

  • turn em around

    theyl sound better

  • its true you get more bass that way try it and make a video

  • Nice subs -wat kind of amp u hook um' up 2?

  • DUDE. what is the song called? o_O

  • hey how do you have these subs hooked up?? on your amp???

  • yes, they are set up on a Pyle Dryver amp, and the tweeters are on a seperate amp

  • @ChrisBeBallin Well, you're using a Pyle amp. That is your problem. Those a pretty terrible quality. One of these, which is only 500 watts will do a whole lot better. Rockford Fosgate Prime R500-1. Amazon it.

  • dude thats kick ass! keep it up bro

  • this vid aint nothing compared 2 my new 1, check out KING KONG IN THE TRUNK vid I jus made

  • i got same speakers what size amp should i use

  • Im not sure, Im running a 2000 W amp w/stiffen capacitor, its really up to you, obviously if u want 2 spend more money on a bigger amp its gunna b louder, but I suggest nothing less than 400 watts

  • 400 watts rms that is ;)

  • so would it run well with an 800 watt amp?

  • Hey Chris, I'm not trying to be rude or anything like that, but you saying, that you are pushing 800 or 400 watts rms into these P1's, I'm shock that you haven't blow them yet. Don't get me wrong fosgate can be over power and shake your eye balls. P1's are some of the best speakers for a beginner or someone on a budget, I got the P1's three years ago the black cone with the name PUNCH printed in red. I have the Apline MRP-M450, which is a Mono Amp, D class, pushing 400 watts rms @ 2 ohms.

  • Hey man! Seems like you know what youre talking about, so i'll just ask you. I am thinking about getting a P1 or two (I am a beginner when it comes to car audio).Seems like it's much more to think about when building a car stereo kontra home audio.

So, what amp+watts would you recommand for them/it?

  • If you want quality. Get the Fosgate P300-1. That's perfect for them.

  • Ah! I will check it out. Thanks!

  • EclipseEDM, I agree with Dakota, about the P300.1 amp they are a perfect match for the fosgate P1. Now if you get the P1's, and you don't get the P300.1 amp make sure you stick with a A/B class amp. And don't go by the max. power only the rms power and stay within 80% to 100% of that power.

    150rms x .80 =120rms, 150 x .90 = 135, or up to 150rms max. I hope that help a little.

  • Probably because he is using a sealed box. Sealed boxes make the subwoofer not moving that much so you need more power to make them excursion.

  • sounds good :)

i'm installing this woofers into my car also at the moment, so i'm very font hearing this results :)

  • thx

  • Holy shit...what's the first song?

  • "We're Taking Over"- Def Bass Krew

  • could you send me the file? I would like to test this number with my own woofers :)

  • allright no prob, wuts ur email so I can email the song 2 u ?
