This Is my 7th Year of Calisthenics and I Love it I am now currently in the Seniors In NSW. Im suppose to be in the Intermediates But there was only 4 of us so Now we are in the Seniors, I think that all girls should do Calisthenics Because it helps you become A lady In all ways you are Graceful and everything. I used to do calisthenics when I was little but then mum and dad pulled me out, I loved it so much and I would kill to be able to do it again! But I couldn't just start up again now because I would be so far behind!

@HAHAAJ2010 i say do it anyway, i got pulled out when i was little as well and i missed 8 years. i just started again, you'd be surprised how easily you pick it up again :) its definetly worth it.

@HAHAAJ2010 dance is really fun but if u wanna do cal maybe you could join one of the lower divisions so its easier at first... although you might have to wait until next year it might be too late to join this year we're already two weeks in...

I'm a Cali girl! 2011 first year 1st @ all comps and got most improved ! I can do right splits flat right leg mount walkover back bend standing and get back up handstand cartwheel!!!! Thanx to the two best coaches ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are also in the process of putting together a new clip based on the later competitions so will hopefully have that up soon :)

At this stage, we only have the resources to film the Victorian teams that we followed this year, but if the documentary is popular and we have the interest, we would love to be able to do something with the other states and age groups down the track if possible.
