They do during the few arora class battles there is. Its just that you never get the massive swarms atlantis or an ancient outpost can control.
Also makay once mentioned that the replicator drone tech (and tech in general) was made to a lower standard than ancient tech (replicators built much faster though)
It's cool, but your last couple of scenes were still borrowed from "Camelot" which was an SG1 episode, and not at all set in the Pegasus galaxy. It's a pretty swell video, though.
