    You will not find them at a bike shop. These are not made for bikes, they are designed specifically for wheelchairs. You can find them on the website shown above.

  • Hi: Yes, they can be mounted if there is a lip or edge no hicker than about 1/4 inch to clip to.

    As you see in the video they clip to the seat sling of a manual wheelchair very nicely. If you have some edge on your Power chair no thicker than 1/4 inch they should work just fine.
