In any abdominal exercises I have a big problem with my neck. I always feel like I have to put my hands behind my head to support its weight and stop the tension in my neck. If I don't do this, I have problems the next day with neck strain. Any suggestions? Am I doing the exercises wrong, or is my long neck the problem?
